If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. This policy is not valid after 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags attached if applicable. It must also be in the original packaging. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.

A return authorization number is issued as a preliminary return management measure. It does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 business day.
PLEASE NOTE: DESPITE INITIATING A REFUND WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY IT MAY TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS TO APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND SALE ITEMS
Sale items or items purchased using a promotional code will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
InTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We suggest using a trackable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please include a printed copy of your receipt with the order number and return authorization number in the package prior to shipping.
Please declare your return as “9801 - US GOODS RETURNING” on your commercial invoice and keep a copy of your receipt and tracking number for your records.
Shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
